What is Meditation? Meditation is a simple way to let go of stress and find a deep sense of peace. It dissolves the negative patterns of the Mind, which give us a false sense of self, and stop us from enjoying life. Why Learn to Meditate? Aron is a healer and Artist. Aron's interest in New Age subjects started in his late teens, when he became interested in spirituality. Since then his studies have included Healing & the Aura, Meditation, Spiritual Development, Zen Buddhism, Taoism and Mysticism. He started Healing seriously about eight years ago. He was founder member of the Andover Healing Centre and also Healed at Navajo in Whitchurch, Hampshire. He now runs occasional workshops on Healing, Meditation and Spiritual Development. He was a Healer Member of the N.F.S.H. but has since joined out to do other things. Aron is also an artist, specialising in commissioned work, particularly animal portraits. He has had a number of equestrian studies published as limited edition prints, including portraits of Red Rum, Aldaniti and Desert Orchid. |
